Frequently Asked Questions
Clarity and communication are vital to our service. Below we address the most common inquiries regarding our operations.
How far in advance should I book?
For prime weekend dates and holiday seasons, we recommend securing your date at least 8 to 12 weeks in advance. For weekday events, 4 weeks is typically sufficient to ensure proper menu curation and ingredient sourcing.
Do you provide tableware and glassware?
While we frequently utilize our clients' collections, we can arrange for the rental of luxury porcelain, fine crystal glassware, and premium linens through our trusted partners to ensure a cohesive aesthetic.
How do you handle severe allergies?
Allergies are treated with strict protocol. We require a detailed list of all dietary restrictions prior to finalizing the menu. Cross-contamination protocols are rigorously enforced in both our prep space and your kitchen.
What size kitchen is required?
We are accustomed to adapting to various domestic spaces. During our initial consultation, we will review your kitchen's capabilities. If necessary, we bring supplemental induction burners and specialized equipment to ensure execution is not compromised.
Are beverages included?
Food and beverage are structured separately. We offer comprehensive sommelier services, including sourcing rare vintages and providing pairing flights, which are quoted in addition to the culinary menu.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of ingredient sourcing, bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer. Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment, as specialty items are often already procured.
